On Saturday, June 23, Speaking of Women's Health wil be giving away millions of FREE copies of their newest book "Love Notes to Our Moms and Other Women of Influence."

The Book is given away exclusively at the Speaking of Women's Health Community Event in Wal-Mart stores nationwide and at the Speaking of Women's Health, Universal Sisters and Hablando de la Salud de la Mujer conferences and events.

The FREE Book features letters written by celebrities and female leaders. The 144-page book contains health, well-being and personal safety information for you and your family - as well as wonderful recipes with beautiful photos on how to serve delicious snacks, meals and desserts.
